Another Fruitless Outing For Jordan Reed
6 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed led the team in targets with six on Sunday, but all he had to show for it was four catches for 51 yards. Reed has now failed to reach double-digit PPR fantasy points in all but three of his games this season. Much like the rest of his teammates in the pass offense, Reed's fantasy value has been hurt by how successfully Washington's defense has neutralized the opposition. A win is a win in the NFL, and the coaching staff won't lament a lackluster passing game with a 6-3 record. You may still be forced to start Reed in your fantasy lineup given the volatility of the tight end position, but at this point you are hoping for production, not banking on it.
