Andy Isabella Not Expected To Play In Week 2
Andy Isabella (back) is not expected to play in Week 2 against the Las Vegas Raiders. He is dealing with a strained back, but the injury is not considered long-term. The 25-year-old has been unable to practice this week and will not be available against the Raiders. He caught one of three targets for 10 yards during Sunday's Week 1 loss to the Chiefs. Isabella, Rondale Moore (hamstring), and DeAndre Hopkins (suspension) are out. A.J. Green and Greg Dortch should see an uptick in targets with Moore sidelined, but both are dart throws at best in deep-league formats.

Andy Isabella Released By The Bills On Tuesday
Andy Isabella was released by the team ahead of Tuesday's roster cutdown deadline. Isabella signed on with the Bills after the Ravens released him in late July and there was an outside chance he could have cracked the Bills 53-man roster due to their lack of depth at the receiver position. Instead, they're going to roll with Trent Sherfield, Khalil Shakir, and Deonte Harty as their wideouts behind Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. All three receivers will likely get chances in the slot. Isabella will likely end up on some team's practice squad in the coming days.

Andy Isabella Earning Trust Of QB Room
Andy Isabella has reportedly come along quickly since joining the team on July 28. Quarterback Josh Allen is targeting him more often and offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey said he has gained a lot of trust with the QB room. With a weak wide receiver group behind Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis, it wouldn't be all that surprising if Isabella makes the team's 53-man roster and sees playing time in 2023. The 26-year-old posted a 4.31 forty-yard dash at the 2019 NFL Combine, so he's a big play waiting to happen with Allen's rocket arm.

Bills Expected To Sign Andy Isabella
Andy Isabella is expected to sign with the Bills. The 2019 second-round appeared in 41 games with the Cardinals and Ravens since entering the league, totaling 33 catches for 447 yards and three touchdowns. Baltimore released Isabella a few days ago, so it didn't take him long to find a new job. However, even if the 26-year-old earns a spot on the regular season roster for Buffalo, he probably won't offer much to fantasy managers, considering Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, and others are well ahead on the depth chart.

Andy Isabella To Work Out For Bills
Andy Isabella is set to work out for the Buffalo Bills on Friday. The 26-year-old wide receiver has been unproductive since being selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL draft. Over four seasons, Isabella has played in just 41 games, catching 33 passes for 447 yards and three touchdowns. He was let go by the Arizona Cardinals last season and went on to appear in just two games for the Baltimore Ravens, rushing once for one yard. Even if Isabella signs with Buffalo and makes the 53-man roster, it's tough to see a path to fantasy relevance.
