2 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Andy Dalton had a lackluster performance on a day where the Saints lost in a 10-7 defensive battle. Dalton went 15-for-25 for 171 yards and a touchdown in the loss and carried the ball once for a two yard gain. It was likely the last start for Dalton as the Saints' chosen starting quarterback as New Orleans gears up for an offseason where they will likely see personnel changes. Dalton's contract with the Saints was only a 1-year deal, so he will be on the free agent market to sign as a backup quarterback to start 2023.--Brant Henson - RotoBaller
