Andrew Vaughn Off To A Slow Start In 2025
1 day agoChicago White Sox first baseman Andrew Vaughn is off to a slow start in 2025. Vaughn is slashing .125/.205/.250 (5-for-40) with one home run, two runs scored, and 5 RBI in the teams' first 11 games. Over the past two seasons, Vaughn has hit .258 and .246, respectively, so fantasy managers can expect some progression on the horizon, although, at this point, he can be dropped in most 10 to 12-person leagues if someone on the waiver wire is worth picking up. After the loss on Thursday to the Cleveland Guardians, the White Sox have struggled to a 2-10 start to the season, picking up where they left off in 2024 with 121 losses. On Friday, Vaughn and the White Sox will try to get going as they start a three-game series against the Boston Red Sox.
