Andrew Thomas Given Contract Extension By Giants
1 year agoNew York Giants offensive tackle Andrew Thomas has reached an agreement on a five-year, $117.5 million deal to stay with the organization long-term. The former No. 4 overall pick earned his first All-Pro honors in 2022 and cashed in. His $23.5 million average salary placed him second among offensive tackles, just behind Houston Texans tackle Leremy Tunsil ($25 million). New York struggled with offensive line play over the last half-decade, so locking up Thomas was a priority this offseason and he'll continue to protect Daniel Jones' blindside for the foreseeable future.
