Andrew Nardi Leaves Wednesday's Game Early
1 year agoMiami Marlins left-hander Andrew Nardi (hand) exited Wednesday's contest against the Tampa Bay Rays prematurely after taking a comebacker off his left hand. The X-rays came back negative, but there's still a chance the 25-year-old will need time on the injured list. Nardi is having a breakout season in the bullpen, pitching to a 2.91 ERA and 1.04 WHIP with 62 strikeouts, two saves, and 12 holds across 46 1/3 innings. Fantasy managers can stash the sophomore if there's roster room in hold formats, but with Tanner Scott in the closer role, he's droppable in all standard leagues.
