Andrew Knapp Hits Homer In Phillies Win
7 years agoOnce again starting behind home plate for the Philadelphia Phillies ahead of Jorge Alfaro, Andrew Knapp played a major role in his club’s victory at Miller Park over the Milwaukee Brewers. Seeking a victory on Saturday after a Friday night defeat, the 26-year-old drilled a solo home run to center in the fifth inning, putting his club ahead for good. It was his only hit of the day while batting seventh, a productive hit that changed the course of the game. It was Knapp’s first home run of the season, now with five RBI.
