Andrew Benintendi Makes Early Exit On Sunday
Andrew Benintendi (groin) was forced to exit early during Sunday's game against the Detroit Tigers. Benintendi appeared to hindered by something after scoring in the first inning. He took his next at-bat, but was later taken out for a pinch-hitter in the fifth inning. Shortly after that, the White Sox announced that Benintendi is dealing with an adductor issue. For now, Benintendi is considered day-to-day, but sometimes these types of issues have a tendency to linger. The White Sox are off on Monday, so we'll see if Benintendi is feeling better in time for Tuesday's game.
