Andres Munoz Collects Another Save Thursday
1 year agoSeattle Mariners right-handed pitcher Andres Munoz struck out the side in the ninth on Thursday to close out the Los Angeles Angels and pick up his fourth save of the season. Munoz appears to be firmly entrenched in the closer role now that Paul Sewald is out of town, as the former has collected saves on back-to-back days. It has been everything fantasy managers wanted when the deal broke, and those lucky enough to have stashed or picked up Munoz have to be ecstatic with how things have gone so far. The 24-year-old should be an elite closing option the rest of the way and should be rostered in all leagues.
