6 years agoLos Angeles Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons (knee) is back on Tuesday, batting sixth and playing shortstop. Simmons left Sunday's game with a knee injury, and was held out of Monday's contest as a precaution. However, an MRI came back clean and Simmons is able to return after just one day away. The shortstop is hitting .296 with 11 home runs and nine stolen bases on the season and is a strong option at short for the rest of the season.--patton
