Andrei Svechnikov Scores In Third Consecutive Game
4 years agoCarolina Hurricanes winger Andrei Svechnikov potted his 13th goal of the campaign in Monday's 3-2 overtime loss against Tampa, finding the net in a third consecutive game. Carolina's second one was scored by Brady Skjei. Svechnikov fired in a power-play goal in the middle of the second frame with Dougie Hamilton collecting the lone assist. The Russian winger is celebrating his second three-game goal streak of the campaign, and he now has 32 points in 44 outings with 124 shots and 85 hits. He'll try to extend his streak in Tuesday's rematch with Tampa.
