Amed Rosario Goes Deep In Friday's Game 2
2 years agoCleveland Guardians shortstop Amed Rosario hit a big home run during Friday's Game 2 of the Division Series, tying the game at two in the fifth inning before his club defeated the New York Yankees 4-2 in 10 innings. Overall, he was 2-for-5 with a single. Rosario is in his first career postseason and is batting .235 with a homer, a stolen base, one RBI and two runs. The 26-year-old had a solid 2022 season, posting a .283 batting average, 18 stolen bases, 86 runs, 71 RBI and a .715 OPS. Rosario will bat second in the Guardians lineup moving forward and will face Luis Severino in Game 3 on Saturday.
