2 years agoCleveland Guardians shortstop Amed Rosario is not in Tuesday's starting lineup as the club takes on New York Yankees right-hander Gerrit Cole. Rosario has started all 11 games out of the two-hole for the Guardians to this point but understandably starts on the bench against one of the game's best right-handed pitchers in Cole. After all, Rosario's career splits are far superior against left-handed pitching while he's just 1-for-13 with a walk in his career against the Yankees ace. Twenty-three-year-old Gabriel Arias will get the start at shortstop hitting ninth for the Guardians on Tuesday night.--Brenton Kemp
