Alshon Jeffery a Risky Play in Week 15
6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery was already going to be a risky play in Week 15 when Carson Wentz (back) was expected to play. With Nick Foles now set to make the start, Jeffery is no better than a floor-play WR3. Since Golden Tate joined the Eagles, Jeffery has only had one week where he performed as a WR3 or better. He and Tate have been taking targets away from each other and limiting one another's upside. Jeffery has seemingly been the one hit harder by the shared targets, however. He always has the potential and the talent for a "blow-up" game which you'd hate to have happen on the fantasy bench, but his floor is just too low to trust in such an important fantasy week.
