Alperen Sengun Out On Thursday Night
3 mins agoHouston Rockets center Alperen Sengun (calf) won't play on Thursday against Memphis. The 22-year-old, who was named an All-Star on Thursday night, has had a fantastic 2024-25 campaign, averaging 19.1 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 1.3 steals. However, he'll miss his first game of the season. Fortunately, it doesn't appear as if the injury is anything severe, so he could be back on Saturday against Brooklyn. Steven Adams (ankle), who will play, will get the start in Sengun's place, with Jock Landale coming in for relief. While both players have some upside, especially for DFS managers looking for value, they are still risky fantasy options.
