4 years agoLight heavyweight Alonzo Menifield made short work of Fabio Cherant on Saturday night during the UFC 260 Prelims. The 33-year-old landed a quick takedown before eventually finishing off his opponent with a Von Flue choke in just over a minute into Round 1. Atomic bounced back decisively after dropping his previous two fights. With a little more seasoning, along with another win, Menifield could find himself fighting against a ranked opponent somewhere by the end of 2021.
