Allen Robinson II Catches Four Passes And Scores TD
2 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Allen Robinson II caught four passes for 53 yards and a touchdown on five targets in the Rams' 31-27 Week 2 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Robinson owners should breathe a sigh of relief after seeing him utilized more. Last week, in his first game since joining the Rams in free agency, the 29-year-old only caught one pass. This week, A-Rob was on the field for 91.9% of snaps and ran routes 63.2% of the time (just one fewer route than Cooper Kupp). He was off the field on some rushing plays. His target share of 14.3% this week is approximately equal to No. 2 WR Van Jefferson's target share last season. Jefferson is still likely to miss multiple weeks with his knee injury, but it could be concerning whether there is enough volume to go around for Robinson to keep it up on a weekly basis throughout the season.
