Alexandre Sarr To Miss Fourth Consecutive Game
15 seconds agoWashington Wizards forward/center Alexandre Sarr (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's matchup against the Charlotte Hornets. The French rookie sprained his left ankle on Jan. 27 against the Dallas Mavericks, and it remains unclear when Sarr will be able to return. His next chance for a comeback will be Wednesday against the Brooklyn Nets. Jonas Valanciunas has taken over the starting center role, with Richaun Holmes serving as his backup. Valanciunas has averaged a double-double as a starter this season with 12.9 points and 10.2 rebounds. Another productive evening looks to be on the cards for him on Monday, as the Hornets allow the fourth-most fantasy points per game to centers.
