Washington Wizards center Alexandre Sarr (illness) has been ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. The rookie big man is feeling under the weather and as a result he'll sit out his fourth game of the season on Wednesday. His absence means that Jonas Valanciunas will move into the starting five for this game. The veteran big man is averaging 11.9 points and 7.9 rebounds off the bench this season, so a move to the starting five should give him a boost in value. Fantasy managers looking for a streaming option on Wednesday should consider Valanciunas.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Washington Wizards forward/center Alexandre Sarr (ankle) remains on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers, with the team listing him as questionable for the matchup. He may be out of the lineup for a third consecutive game due to a left ankle sprain. Richaun Holmes has taken over as the starting center, providing decent fantasy value. He has averaged 11.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks over the past two games. Tristan Vukcevic has seen more time off the bench with Sarr sidelined, but he hasn't been consistent with his performances.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Varun Shankar of The Washington Post reports that Washington Wizards forward Alexandre Sarr (ankle) is unavailable for Monday's matchup with the Brooklyn Nets as he is dealing with an ankle sprain. The 19-year-old big man didn't suit up on Sunday and has played in just two games out of the last 11. Richaun Holmes will likely stay in the starting center spot while Sarr is out of action. On Sunday versus the Magic, Holmes posted 11 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, two blocks, and four turnovers during 29 minutes on the floor.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller

Washington Wizards forward Alexandre Sarr (ankle) has been tagged as questionable for Monday's matchup with the Brooklyn Nets while he continues to deal with an ankle sprain. The rookie big man was unable to play on Sunday and has played in just two games out of the last 11. If Sarr is forced to remain on the sidelines, Richaun Holmes would likely stay in the starting center spot. On Sunday, Holmes posted 11 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, two blocks, and four turnovers across 29 minutes. Tristan Vukcevic saw 19 minutes off of the bench, so he could also get some added opportunities.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Washington Wizards forward/center Alexandre Sarr (ankle) will be back in action on Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers. After spraining his left ankle, Sarr missed eight games. Richaun Holmes has enjoyed a decent run as the starting center but will likely return to a bench role for Wednesday's matchup. Tristan Vukcevic's position in the rotation will also be under threat. Sarr has struggled with inconsistency during his rookie season, with his shooting efficiency being his Achilles' heel. However, the 19-year-old has posted respectable numbers, averaging 11.5 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in 26.8 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
