New York Islanders defenseman Alexander Romanov (upper body) will miss a second consecutive game on Tuesday versus Anaheim. He remains day-to-day with an upper-body injury. The Russian rearguard has collected two assists in seven games this season with 10 shots, 19 blocks, and 14 hits. Dennis Cholowski has replaced Romanov in the lineup. Cholowski scored on Saturday in his season debut against Florida. However, he's only logging third-pairing minutes in defense, limiting his fantasy appeal. Mike Reilly has moved up to the first pairing. He hasn't yet generated any offense this season, going scoreless with 11 shots on goal.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
