4 years agoAlexander Gustafsson was unable to get the victory in his return-from-retirement bout. The former light heavyweight contender moved up in weight class, facing new challenges. The first challenge came in the former heavyweight champion in Fabricio Werdum. As expected, the contest was brought to the mat rather quickly and Gustafsson was over-matched by the submission specialist. Should Gustafsson decide to stick with in the heavyweight division, he should be considered a starter for your lineups. Starting out with Werdum may have been a bit too quick, though.--Matt Bricker
