Goaltender Alexandar Georgiev turned aside 36 of 37 shots to record his second win in as many games. He’s now allowed three goals or fewer in three straight starts. Veteran forward Chris Kreider continued his strong play with his name circulating in trade rumors. He scored a goal and added an assist in the game. He’s scored five goals in six games and has now found the back of the net 23 times in 42 games. Ryan Strome had a goal and now has five points in the last four games. He has 49 points in 57 games and is one point away from tying his career-high. Pavel Buchnevich added his 13th goal on the season. He has six goals in the last 10 games. Oliver Bjorkstrand scored the lone goal for Columbus, which was his seventh in the last 10 games.
