6 years agoMinnesota Wild goaltender Alex Stalock will be grateful for a hot offense, which helped him secure his first win of the season on Saturday. Stalock allowed three first-period goals, but the Wild fought back against Tampa Bay and won 5-4 in overtime. He finished with 27 saves a .871 save percentage, improving his record to 1-1-0. The Wild have shaken off a slow start and now sit on a three-game winning streak. Stalock won't get many starts behind Devan Dubnyk, but he looks set to feature at least one more time this month, as Minnesota finishes October with a back-to-back set at Vancouver and Edmonton.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
