Alex Reyes Gets Back On Track With His 23rd Save
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals closer Alex Reyes got back on track with his 23rd save of the season, closing out Thursday's win over the Chicago Cubs. Reyes was awful in his previous outing, allowing three inherited runners to score as well as three of his own runs while only getting one out. That was the first blown save of his career after he'd been a perfect 24-for-24. Thursday was Reyes getting back on track though, as he struck out two and walked one without allowing any hits to close out a 3-2 victory.
