Washington Capitals winger Alex Ovechkin (rest) will return to the lineup on Sunday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. He was rested on Saturday when Columbus dismantled the Capitals 7-0. Ovechkin has grown his points tally in each of his last seven appearances, reaching 42 goals and 28 assists for the campaign with 62 games played. Ethen Frank will exit the lineup to make room for Ovechkin, who is projected to skate with Dylan Strome and Taylor Raddysh.
