Alex Collins A Healthy Scratch Against Bears
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Alex Collins is a healthy scratch for the Week 16 game against the Chicago Bears. Collins missed last week while on the COVID-19 list, and now he's the odd man out in this mediocre Seattle backfield. Rashaad Penny has been the team's leading ball-carrier in the last two weeks, and that should remain the case on Sunday against Chicago, although DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer are likely to mix in as change-of-pace options. At best, Penny should be considered a low-end RB2 in fantasy lineups. Collins was initially the Seahawks lead back when Chris Carson (neck) went down with a season-ending injury, but he was completely ineffective in the role. Collins shouldn't be on any rosters in redraft leagues to close out the season.
