Alex Cobb Gets Shelled In Start Saturday
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Alex Cobb got lit up in Saturday's Game Two 16-7 drubbing by the Twins. Cobb lasted just 2 2/3 innings, allowing nine runs on 10 hits (including three home runs, two of which came from former-O's Nelson Cruz and Jonathan Schoop) and no walks with two strikeouts. The 31-year-old now has a massive 11.88 ERA with six strikeouts and a walk over 8 1/3 innings pitched. Cobb has no business being owned in fantasy leagues at this time.
