Hendrick Motorsports driver Alex Bowman started 11th in Sunday's Food City presents the Supermarket Heroes 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway, but was caught up in a multi-car pileup on Lap 229. Bowman's No. 88 team was struggling with handling early in the race and was running outside the top-10 when Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s No. 47 careened off the inside wall into the line of traffic. The accident leaves Bowman with a 37th-place finish and is the second straight race that Bowman has finished outside of the top 30. Bowman will look to rebound when the series goes to Atlanta Motor Speedway next Sunday, as the No. 88 team showed a lot of strength at Charlotte, another 1.5-mile track.--John Pitucci - RotoBaller
