3 years agoFlorida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov took his point streak to eight games in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to Pittsburgh, bagging his ninth goal of the season in the third period. Carter Verhaeghe and MacKenzie Weegar collected the assists. Barkov has been red-hot right from the off, collecting 15 points in 12 appearances with 42 shots and a plus-nine rating. He's developed into an elite fantasy asset and is a must-start player every night. He'll finish the week against the Lightning on Saturday.
