6 years agoFlorida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov posted another big night in his team's 4-2 victory over the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday, notching a goal and two assists in the contest. The Finnish native also managed to add a plus-three rating, four shots on goal and two blocks in 22:37 of ice time on the night. It's been an incredible three days for Barkov's fantasy owners as the Finnish native has now picked up seven points (four goals, three assists) in his past two games and in doing so has raised his season-long production to 60 points (23 goals, 37 assists) in 58 games. Lauded his strong play in his own end, Barkov is further proving that he's a dangerous scorer in this league and given his recent hot streak, fantasy owners will want to make sure he's active in lineups when he next suits up against the Hurricanes on Thursday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
