Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Alec Martinez (undisclosed) won't play Wednesday against Anaheim. He is unavailable after suffering an undisclosed injury in Tuesday's matchup against Los Angeles. The veteran has featured in every game so far this season, although with very little success offensively, failing to score in all of his 37 appearances and posting only five assists. Ben Hutton will take his spot in the lineup on Wednesday, and Martinez will have his next chance to return on Saturday against Nashville. Hutton offers even less offensively than Martinez, and Alex Pietrangelo and Daniil Miromanov are currently the most attractive Vegas defensemen, with both getting top-four minutes and logging power-play time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
