Burleson launched his 19th long ball of the season in the opening frame off Cubs right-hander Jameson Taillon. The 25-year-old has continued to enjoy a breakout campaign this summer. Through 103 games, the former East Carolina product sits with a strong .278/.314/.468 slash line, 64 RBI, and seven swiped bags. Under the hood, he holds an excellent 12.5% K rate, a .286 xBA, and a .466 xSLG, which are significantly above the average marks.
