6 years agoUtah Jazz shooting guard Alec Burks rolled up 18 points in just 15 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's 117-102 victory against the Dallas Mavericks. He was a very effective 6-for-10 from the field, including 4-for-5 from behind the three-point line, and he added 2-for-2 from the free-throw line while adding a blocked shot and plus-6 rating. Burks has been fabulous over the past two games, averaging 20.0 points while knocking down six three-pointers while hitting 13-for-21 (61.9 percent) from the field. He can help fantasy owners in deeper leagues looking for scoring and three-point shooting, but he offers little help in other categories.--Daniel Dobish
