Alec Bohm Doubles Again, Extends Hit Streak To 11 Games
4 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm went 2-for-4 with his major league-leading 42nd double of the season in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Diamondbacks. The next closest (Jarren Duran) has 36 doubles, so Bohm has a comfortable lead. The hits also extended the 2024 All-Star's current hit streak to 11 games, going 16-for-50 (.320) over that stretch, including six doubles, a triple, a home run, seven RBI, seven runs scored, and a stolen base. The 28-year-old is now slashing .298/.352/.483 with a .357 wOBA and 130 wRC+, cementing himself as one of the top options for fantasy at the hot corner.
