Albert Wilson Could Be Done For Season
6 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Albert Wilson (hip) suffered a hip injury in Week 7 that could keep him out for the rest of the season, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus. “The best case scenario is that he would miss a few weeks," Rosenhaus said. Wilson will undergo more tests on Monday. It's a blow to Miami's passing offense, as Wilson had come alive in Week 6, catching a season-high six passes on nine targets for 155 yards and two touchdowns. With Kenny Stills also injured, the team will likely be down to Danny Amendola, Jakeem Grant and Devante Parker this Thursday against the Texans. Amendola will be a hot waiver pickup this week. Rookie tight end Mike Gesicki might start seeing more targets as well.
