6 years agoLos Angeles Angels first baseman and designated hitter Albert Pujols is out of the lineup on Tuesday against the Padres. With the Angels playing in a national league park, the team is giving Shohei Ohtani a break as well. Kaleb Cowart is playing first base in Pujols' absence. Pujols has hit .251 with 18 home runs on the season, and is still a fine source of power in deeper formats going forward. Expect him back in the lineup soon.--patton
