AJ Dillon Listed As Questionable For Thanksgiving Day Game Against Lions
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon (groin) is questionable to take on the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day in Week 12. The 25-year-old has been limited in practice this week with a groin injury and was listed officially as questionable for the game on Thursday. If active, Dillon is set to take the bulk of carries, with Aaron Jones (knee) and rookie Emanuel Wilson (shoulder) set to miss this contest. Dillon did not do a ton last week in relief of Jones, and he will not have an easy time getting it going this week against Detroit's run defense, either. The Lions allow the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs. The fourth-year back will need to either fall into the end zone or get involved in the passing game, which is something he has done over the past few weeks. With that said, even in a tough matchup, Dillon is a flex-worthy option due to workload alone in Week 12 as long as he suits up.
