AJ Dillon Gains 44 Yards Against Detroit
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon took 11 carries for 34 yards, adding 10 yards on two receptions, during the team's 15-9 loss to the Detroit Lions. The third-year back continued his run of mediocrity even in a plus matchup against Detroit. Teammate Aaron Jones (ankle) left the game early and was seen in a walking boot afterward. We do not know how long Jones will be out right now, but Dillon should take over as the lead ball carrier while Kylin Hill should rotate into the backfield. Dallas is next on the schedule and is not the greatest matchup for fantasy running backs. With how poor the Green Bay offense has looked over recent weeks, the 24-year-old backs upside is still capped even if he does not have to compete with Jones for touches. Consider him a fringe RB2 in Week 10.
