AJ Dillon Disappointing In Week 3
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon took 12 carries for 32 yards and added two receptions on three targets for six yards during the team's 14-12 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The run game for Green Bay never got going, as the team tallied 67 total rushing yards on 25 carries. The 24-year-old did little with the opportunities he was given in the passing game, leading to a disappointing fantasy finish for Week 3. Dillon has out-carried fellow running back Aaron Jones 40 to 32 through the first three weeks of the season, but Jones has tallied 217 yards on the ground compared to Dillon's 138. The third-year back has the chance to bounce back for fantasy managers with three favorable matchups coming up over the next four weeks. However, the Packers will face the Patriots next week, who held the Ravens' running back corps to 92 total rushing yards Sunday. Dillon should be considered a low-end RB2 in that matchup.
