Adrian Pinto Performing Well Since Returning To High-A
4 months agoToronto Blue Jays second base prospect Adrian Pinto (ribs) has performed well since being activated off the injured list earlier this week. Through his first two games back at High-A, Pinto has tallied three hits in each of them, with three total extra-base hits. The infielder has been sidelined for the majority of the season, so it is a great sign to see him return to action and look quite comfortable. Last summer, through 29 games at Single-A Dunedin, the 21-year-old posted a .260/.413/.300 line with an excellent 23:25 BB:K ratio. Even though Pinto is currently outside of the Toronto top-30 prospects on MLB.com, he is worth keeping an eye on in dynasty formats as he has been out of consistent game action for several months and could slot in the ranking list with a productive second half.
