7 years agoTexas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre (hamstring) was placed on the disabled list Tuesday. This is Beltre's second stint on the DL this season. Beltre has a Grade 1 hamstring strain in the same spot as his previous injury, and he is expected to miss between two to three weeks. In his previous DL stint, Beltre missed 12 games, and it is expected this will be a similar time frame. On a per-game basis, Beltre is still a top-10 third baseman, so fantasy owners should do everything they can to keep hold of him. In his absence, Isaiah Kiner-Falefa should see the majority of starts at the hot corner.--Ben Rolfe
