St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainright (groin) threw a 33-pitch bullpen session on Saturday, according to reporters. Manager Oli Marmol said the 41-year-old hurler will throw another session on Tuesday and that the team will decide his next step after that. The Cardinals clearly want to see how Wainwright handles the workload but his next step will be a rehab assignment, facing live hitters, or another bullpen session. The team will provide another update following Tuesday's bullpen so fantasy managers should look for more information then.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
