Adam Thielen Twists Ankle In Practice
6 years agoMinnesota Vikings wideout Adam Thielen left practice on Tuesday after twisting his ankle while running a route. He was able to walk off on his own power, and Kendall Wright took over the first-team reps in his absence. It seems like a very minor issue, and Thielen could just sit out the Vikings preseason game on Thursday to gain some extra rest before Week 1 of the regular season. Thielen can be drafted as a low-end WR1 but he will have to share touches with Stefon Diggs, Kyle Rudolph, and Dalvin Cook among others. Regardless, he should still reach 140 targets with Kirk Cousins at the helm.
