6 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen will be lining up in the slot fairly frequently on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. This poses to be a great matchup for the 28-year-old, as the embattled K'Waun Williams will be the nickelback responsible for holding Thielen in check. Thielen is coming off a fantastic season that saw him register 1276 yards on 91 receptions, but only four touchdowns. With new QB Kirk Cousins at the helm, although the two failed to show much chemistry in the preseason, hopefully, Thielen can bump up his TD totals. He'll be able to exploit mismatches in the defense in Week 1 and offers a safe floor as a fringe-WR1/strong WR2 option.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
