Adam Scott Could Set Up Well For Sony Open
2 years agoAdam Scott has a game made for the Sony Open. The Waialae Country Club features smaller greens and fairways. That suits the Australian golfer just fine. At the Sentry Tournament Of Champions, Scott never truly got going until late on Sunday. He had four birdies on the back nine en route to a 29th place finish. This week could be a different story. Scott's putter should heat up and his short game is one of the best on tour. Scott is 40 now, but a worthwhile long shot at 45-to-1. Only four golfers younger than 30 have won this tournament since 2000. A fifth is not an automatic with Scott playing this week.
