Adam Ottavino Throws Two Scoreless Frames
6 years agoColorado Rockies relief pitcher Adam Ottavino was back to his dominant self on Saturday as he shut out Seattle for two innings to help secure the win. He struck out three over the pair of innings to secure his 17th hold on the season, and most importantly, it was a clean outing. Ottavino's ranged from the best reliever in baseball to unownable this season, so it's unclear if this is him returning to form or just a temporary hiatus from the storm, but any good sign is promising. If he can string a few more outings like this together, maybe he'll be ready to see regular time in fantasy lineups once again.
