Adam Ottavino Goes Two Innings To Record Save
5 years agoNew York Yankees reliever Adam Ottavino went two innings at Camden Yards Tuesday night to record his first save with his current club. The former member of the Colorado Rockies surrendered one hit and struck out two in what was a comfortable appearance. The Yankees scored twice in the ninth to make it a more comfortable victory, their seventh consecutive. The 33-year-old Brooklyn native has been terrific for New York this season, not conceding a single run to an AL East opponent thus far in 2019. For the season he's posted a 1.41 ERA with a 5-3 record.
