Adam Frazier Doubles Twice In Win Sunday
4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates second baseman Adam Frazier had his sixth multi-hit performance of the spring on Sunday, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI in the win over the Red Sox. Frazier has been near unstoppable at the plate in Spring Training, having reached base safely in all eight games he's played in and slashing .577/.593/.885 in that span. He has looked like a completely different player at the plate this spring, especially as he comes off the worst season of his career in which he hit .230 with a .661 OPS in 58 games. He's going undrafted in nearly all formats with an ADP of 540, but with the spring he is having, managers in NL-only or deep-mixed leagues may want to take a look at him as a late-round option at middle-infield.
