Adam Eaton Seeing Game Action Versus Minor Leaguers
7 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Adam Eaton (knee) has been playing in minor league games in preparation for the 2018 season. He's been recovering from a knee injury since last April and looks likely to be ready for Opening Day. The Nationals acquired Eaton prior to the 2017 campaign, and it was easy to see why in the first 23 games he played. He had an OPS-plus of 120, scored 24 runs and legged out seven doubles. He's known for his speed and could easily score 100-plus runs leading off in the powerful Nationals lineup if he remains healthy. He seems to be an afterthought in drafts this year, so slotting him in your outfield could provide big dividends.
