7 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Adam Eaton (ankle) is all but shut down from all physical activities and is sporting a walking boot, according to people who have seen him. The news is terrible for fantasy owners who were looking for some sort of positive sign about the speedy leadoff man. Eaton is recovering from a bone bruise in his ankle and given how he missed much of last season with a torn ACL in the same leg, it looks like he'll be brought back as slowly as possible.
